How Vero uses your data
Who is responsible

What we collect
The listing link you send, your email, who runs your home, and your consent choices. To prepare your Quick Look we also use public data about the listing from licensed short-term rental data providers, and the Catalan tourism register.
Why, and on what basis
- To prepare and send the Quick Look you asked for, and answer your questions: to carry out your request.
- To send occasional notes on running a holiday home in Catalonia, only if you ticked that box: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
What we don't do
We don't contact your manager. We don't keep the names of guests from reviews: review text is analysed only as general themes. We don't sell your data.
Who processes it for us
Netlify (website hosting), Formspree (form handling), Google Workspace (email) and our listing data provider. Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Up to 12 months after your last contact with us, unless you become a client, in which case we keep what the law requires for invoicing and tax.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or ask us to limit it, by writing to hola@vero.cat. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es).

Datos: el enlace de su anuncio, su correo, quién gestiona su vivienda y sus preferencias de consentimiento, además de datos públicos del anuncio obtenidos de proveedores de datos con licencia y del Registre de Turisme de Catalunya.
Finalidad y base legal: preparar y enviar el Quick Look que ha solicitado (ejecución de su solicitud) y, solo si lo ha marcado, enviarle comunicaciones ocasionales (consentimiento, revocable en cualquier momento).
Encargados: Netlify, Formspree, Google Workspace y nuestro proveedor de datos. Las transferencias a EE. UU. se amparan en el Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE–EE. UU. o en cláusulas contractuales tipo.
Conservación: hasta 12 meses desde el último contacto, salvo obligaciones legales de facturación y fiscales.
Derechos: acceso, rectificación, supresión, oposición y limitación escribiendo a hola@vero.cat. Puede reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
